Description :

Essential Functions:

• Define, build, and execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer’s address.
• Ensure ample bandwidth in the territorial delivery team for effective peak time delivery management.
• Engage closely with the delivery team, including associates, to develop and maintain a highly motivated and performance-driven team.
• Continuously improve the delivery process, achieving a sustained level of delivery performance through process and training enhancements.
• Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms, such as Kaizen.
