Position: Team Member-F&A

Location: NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, India

Responsibilities as a Team Member:

• Collaborating with Marketing and Operations Teams to prepare Annual Budgets.
• Crafting monthly MIS Review Reports and dynamic Presentations.
• Conducting a thorough analysis by comparing MIS data with Budgets and previous periods, followed by preparing comprehensive variance analysis.
• Ensuring the submission of Management Reports and Data Packs to Head Office and Site Leadership Team.
• Partnering with Business Heads to maximize revenue and optimize costs.
• Managing receivables through customer account reconciliation and timely collection accounting.
• Meeting internal and external Audit Compliance standards.
• Preparing various management presentations.
• Assisting the Head of Sales (HOS) in periodic budget reviews.
• Analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance, along with recommending corrective actions.
• Proposing improvements in the existing MIS format to enhance decision-making for the management.
• Creating quarterly rolling cash flow statements.
• Overseeing TDS & TCS reconciliation.
• Providing Finance & Accounting support to the Operations Team.
• Collaborating with the Commercial Team to ensure Vendor’s GST Compliance.
