Integral Ad Science is searching for an Accounts Receivable Analyst (Collections) to join their APAC Finance team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. If you’re a finance/accounting professional with 3-5 years of experience and aspire to progress in a well-established team

Your Responsibilities:

• 📞📧 Follow up with customers via phone and email to collect overdue balances.
• 💳 Ensure customers adhere to their payment terms.
• 📜 Send Statements of accounts to customers.
• 👥 Conduct weekly meetings with the Internal Team to discuss portfolio updates and service suspension for specific customers.
• 💰 Request remittance advice and allocate outstanding payments in the APAC Region.
• 🤝 Build ongoing relationships with the Sales & Billing team.
• 🔍 Resolve queries in a timely manner according to the SLAs using Salesforce.
• 💼 Work with current operating systems, including Workday, Salesforce, and G-Mail Suite.
• 🎯 Collaborate within the accounts receivable team to meet company targets.
• 📈 Check billing data for new and existing clients.
• 🌐 Handle assigned portfolio autonomously.
• 🤝 Provide effective support to other team members.

Your Qualifications:

• 🇯🇵 Highly desirable Japanese language skills.
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in a similar role.
• 🌟 Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• 🧩 Strong problem-solving abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• 💻 Proficiency in Salesforce or relevant Accounting/Collections platform is ideal.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills.
• 👥 Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.

• 📊 Proficiency in Excel.
