Description :
Atos Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Accountant to join the Finance function. As part of a global IT services company, the successful candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- AP Function: Invoice processing & issue resolution, payment runs, Vendor Database maintenance.
- Daily Bank Account Reconciliations
- AR Collection
- Month-End Journal Vouchers
- Maintenance of Accruals and Prepayments
- Cash Reporting
- Group Reporting using Global Financial Consolidation and Reporting tool.
- Compliance with Global Treasury requirements
- Compliance with Group Internal Control requirements and assistance with AU Statutory Audit requirements
- Lodgement of Monthly Income Tax instalments, PAYG, and Payroll Tax
- Ad-hoc Support when necessary
Qualifications:
- Degree in Commerce or Business, with Accounting as a major
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and desire for further study (CA/CPA qualification)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work under pressure for time-sensitive assignments
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
