Responsibilities:
As a Finance Process & Ops Associate in the KYC (Know Your Customer) team, you will:
- Work in the Financial Services sector, focusing on tax preparations, insurance coverage, and investment portfolios for clients.
- Be responsible for KYC review for corporate/commercial customers/funds.
- Have detailed knowledge of quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives, KYC Remediation, risk classification, PEPs investigation, and regulatory knowledge.
- Focus on preventing the illegal movement of cash through an organization’s financial systems as part of the Anti Money Laundering team.
- Articulate business requirements and implement process and system controls.
- Understand anti-money laundering laws and regulations, client on-boarding, sanction screening, remediation, periodical reviews, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
