What You’ll Be Focusing On:

• Customer Onboarding and Service Approval: Review and approve customers’ onboarding and additional service requests within Payoneer as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Customer Support: Address escalations from the contact center and continue to guide customers through their journey with Payoneer.
• Business Escalations: Act as the point of contact for business escalations, offering insights and progress updates on cases while ensuring swift and accurate resolution.
• Issue Identification: Identify potential issues and opportunities in daily work, escalating them to the manager for further attention.
• Project Engagement: Assist in additional projects and tasks as assigned.

For This Role, You Should Also Possess:

• A strong customer-centric service mindset and skills.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication.
• A rapid and effective learning ability.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work from Bangalore.
• The capacity to work under pressure with time constraints.
• KYC knowledge will be a plus.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
• A customer-centric, business-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership and empower solutions and the ability to think outside the box.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of working experience in an operations role.
