What TransUnion Looking For:

Are you passionate about resolving consumer complaints and delivering exceptional service in the BFSI industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem-solving? If so, TransUnion have an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Grievance Redressal Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehend, analyze, and promptly respond to consumer complaints with customized solutions within defined timeframes.
• Engage in outbound calls to consumers and commercial entities.
• Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets.
• Utilize multiple applications to address consumer complaints according to defined processes and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective complaint resolution.
• Regularly communicate with member bank representatives and consumers via phone and email to fast-track dispute and complaint resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Grievance Redressal within the BFSI industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a track record of drafting customized responses.
• Proficiency in spoken Hindi, including the ability to read and understand consumer complaints in Hindi.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and experience in handling complex complaints.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and quick learning abilities.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
