Job Description :

As a Compliance Associate at QuinStreet, your role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless resolution of client-reported compliance cases, particularly within the Financial Services sector. Your primary responsibility is to uphold QuinStreet’s commitment to delivering top-notch service that meets the expectations of both clients and the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve client-reported compliance cases across various business verticals, with a primary focus on Financial Services, ensuring that case resolutions meet both client and QuinStreet expectations.
• Collaborate directly with multiple internal teams, including Media, Marketing, and Engineering, as well as external partners, to effectively resolve compliance cases.
• Conduct content validation checks as required for Financial Services and other business verticals.
• Utilize internal technology and industry-standard tools to perform content audits, review results to eliminate false positives, provide accurate data, and summarize audit findings.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively address compliance issues with relevant parties and rectify errors promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and a sound understanding of client and QuinStreet guidelines applicable to content website audits involving high volumes.
• Prior experience (2+ years or more) in a Customer Service, Client Account Management, or Data Analytics role, showcasing excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to quickly grasp and utilize new technology.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge in Pivot Tables and V-lookups is a plus).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
