About the Role: As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be instrumental in developing strategic merchant partnerships, building loyalty, and advocating for Shopify Plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

🌟 Cultivating loyal and strategic merchant relationships.

🌟 Ensuring a unified, seamless merchant experience.

🌟 Coaching merchants to achieve their business goals.

🌟 Identifying opportunities for product adoption and growth.

🌟 Connecting merchants with top Shopify Partners.

🌟 Advocating for merchants’ regional needs.

🌟 Staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

🔥 2-3 years of SaaS account management experience in Southeast Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region.

🔥 A solid understanding of regional marketplaces, import/export practices, and commerce expectations.

🔥 Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic advice.

🔥 Exceptional relationship-building skills.

🔥 Experience managing small to mid-sized projects and working with various stakeholders.

🔥 Proficiency in digital marketing tactics.

🔥 Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly.

🔥 Experience working across global time zones.

🔥 Proven ability to drive merchants toward their objectives.

🔥 Proficiency in verbal and written Mandarin (required for GCR Merchants).
