Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Pune, IN
Description :
As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with various departments under Colleague Success, providing HR operational and administrative support for core HR processes, including but not limited to:
Your Responsibilities:
- Creation of employment contracts and offer letters
- Management of inputs and reporting for benefits
- Administrative support for onboarding processes
- Education assistance facilitation
- Verification of employment for future, current, and former colleagues
- Workflow initiation for internal transfers and changes using Talent Management tools
- Backend support for relocation and global mobility cases
- Handling leave and holiday entitlement queries and administration
- Purchase order creation in SAP
- Communication via phone, video, and email to resolve colleague queries
- Follow-up on compliance documentation/acknowledgment
- Interview scheduling and candidate query resolution during the talent acquisition process
- Ad-hoc report creation
- Conducting exit interviews and managing the separation process for departing colleagues as experience grows

Qualifications:
- Confident verbal communication on video and phone
