Job Title: Field Sales Operations Analyst

Description :
As a Field Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing, improving, executing, tracking, and adopting sales systems, processes, enablement, and data hygiene. You will work closely with members of the Sales Leadership team and serve as a hub for information to assist in making decisions that drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a sounding board for sales management to identify creative solutions to new problems and improve the business performance by increasing business intelligence.
- Maintain regular interaction with business leadership, balancing a drive for accountability to plans and/or projects, while maintaining effective business relationships.
- Establish processes to help operations yield productivity improvements.
- Support and enable sales in forecasting and pipeline management and Salesforce hygiene.
- Analyze the health of the account and territory coverage leveraging KPIs and performance metrics.
- Develop strategic partnerships with management and cross-functional teams as well as peers to enable sales around updates and changes in sales processes.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Rules of Engagement and supporting sales on account/territory coverage.
- Support and enable sales in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Analyse the health of the account and territory coverage leveraging KPIs and performance metrics.
- Develop strategic partnership with management and cross-functional teams as well as peers to enable sales around updates and changes in sales processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or analytics.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
- Conscientious of the sensitive nature of information.
- Critical thinker willing to research and validate claims made by Sales Reps.
- Superior skills in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP, MDM, Salesforce.com, CPQ systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, design and processing, deep understanding of forecasting process, territory design and sales capacity planning is a plus.
