Job Overview :
Position: Trainee – Process Associate
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Education : Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting.
Description :
As a Trainee Process Associate, you will work on a range of technology projects and initiatives, primarily focusing on digital projects. Your role as a member of the digital technology capability team will involve identifying business requirements, proposing solutions, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, relationship building, change management, and delivering positive outcomes. Additionally, you will facilitate communication of high-level and detailed requirements, specifications, diagrams, data and process models to project team members and play a key role in application support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand business challenges, recommending appropriate IT solutions and services.
- Develop current and future business processes and determine interface requirements.
- Resolve issues that span multiple systems or areas affecting business processes.
- Gather data and information required for new business processes.
- Provide analysis for business process redesign and technology opportunities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering for new business processes and resolve issues affecting business processes that span multiple systems.
- Perform fit-gap analysis for software package evaluations.
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications, data models, and test cases.
- Develop detailed functional specification documents for technical analysts.
- Create detailed use case scenarios and specifications.
- Work with technical analysts to develop technical specifications.
- Assist users in developing user or business procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting.
- CPA designation or non-US equivalent (e.g., CCA) is required.

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in process flow and diagramming.

- Strong analytical skills.
- Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis, and data analysis.

- Strong knowledge of software fit analysis.
- Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and other PC software.
- Advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
- Strong understanding of business processes in assigned areas for effective policy and practice implementation.
Qualification:
- BE/B Tech.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- 5+ years of audit experience.
