Description :
As a Sales Support Analyst your Key responsibilities include CRM management, data analysis, report generation, and maintenance of sales-related documents. By optimizing sales operations, improving data accuracy, and aligning sales and marketing efforts, this role is instrumental in driving revenue growth.
Key Result Areas and Activities:
- CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Generate and distribute CRM reports and dashboards to relevant stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data and CRM reports to identify trends and insights. Prepare regular sales performance reports for management and provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including proposal preparation, lead tracking, and opportunity management. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Collaboration with Business Leaders: Work closely with Business Leaders to understand their CRM-related requirements. Provide support in meeting the specific needs of Business Leaders, such as generating customized reports, tracking leads, and managing notes.

Qualifications:
- A degree in Sales and Marketing, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
- Relevant experience of 3 to 6 years in Sales & Marketing Operations support as an executive, preferably with an understanding of a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce.
Qualities:
- Strong Communication Skills: Crucial for conveying information clearly.
- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Attention to Detail: Given the role’s responsibility for managing CRM data and documentation, meticulous attention to detail is necessary to maintain data accuracy and produce error-free reports and proposals.
