Description : 

As a Chef Manager at SmartQ Cafeteria, you will lead a frontline Partner team of food service associates. Your role encompasses various responsibilities, including food production planning and engineering, front house services, and general support while adhering to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Cafeteria Ownership: Taking charge of the SmartQ cafeteria and creating innovative culinary experiences while being responsible for the P&L of the site.
  • Quality Service: Promoting a positive work culture and ensuring the delivery of quality services on time.
  • SmartQ Framework: Ensuring the SmartQ framework is maintained to optimize operations.
  • Sales Achievement: Achieving sales targets and driving increased adoption of SmartQ services.
  • Passion for Quality: Demonstrating a passionate commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients and employees.
  • Team Player: Collaborating effectively within a team and being proactive in taking initiatives.
  • Integrity and Culture: Upholding honesty, integrity, and the family culture within the organization.
