Location : Nasik, Maharashtra

Description :

The role of Customer Service Officer is vital to the efficient operation of the branch. It encompasses the following key objectives:

  • Execute all branch operations promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Attain personal targets and contribute to branch target attainment through proficient upselling and cross-selling to customers.

Key Accountabilities:

Fulfill all responsibilities pertaining to:

  • Enhance the branch’s operational efficiency by accurately and promptly handling customer transactions and account maintenance.
  • Achieve personal targets and support branch target achievement through efficient upselling and cross-selling to customers.
  • Assist the branch operations officer in bookkeeping and document management.
