📋 Responsibilities:
- 🔄 Process transactions following standard work & SOP
- ⏰ Prioritize transactions to meet SLA guidelines
- 📊 Plan and manage tasks to achieve objectives
- 💬 Respond to customer inquiries, identify and resolve issues
- 👥 Collaborate with teams, both onshore and offshore
- 📈 Maintain records and handle basic Excel requirements
📜 Qualifications: Minimum qualifications:
- 🎓 Graduation in any stream (excluding B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law)
Preferred qualifications:
- 💼 Relevant experience in a similar process
- 💡 Knowledge of Life Insurance policy admin
- 📚 Exposure to Life Policy Admin systems
- 📢 Strong English Communication Skills
- 🚀 Proactive with high analytical skills
- 🌟 Positive attitude, even under pressure
- 🕒 Willingness to work flexible hours
- 💻 Basic Computer knowledge, typing speed of 20 words/minute
