Duties and Responsibilities Are you ready to make a significant impact on our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business? As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our D2C channel towards success. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

🚀 Business Process and Planning

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to forecast and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle objections promptly, coordinating with underwriting and analytics teams.
  • Work closely with Sales Head to explore new channels for our D2C business.
  • Ensure daily commitments are met, resolve system operation issues, and facilitate timely customer payments.
  • Provide timely solutions to sales and credit teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to risk policies within the sales team.

📊 Management and Research

  • Oversee the efficient use of SDFC and daily tracking of approved cases.
  • Safeguard confidential data and ensure its correct usage.
  • Train and educate the sales team on D2C SFDC system usage.
  • Manage the entire life cycle of onboarding and exit for the sales team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development in the financial services sector.
  • MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions and communicate effectively.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
